20 Year Limited Warranty On Our Floors!

The World’s Cleanest And Strongest Commercial Flooring Solution For Businesses And Facilities.

Before Everlast Epoxy, floors had a suspiciously low lifespan. Needing to replace them every 5 to 10 years or sooner. Which led us to develop our own resin that contains some of the strongest and most durable resins in the world.

One of the ingredients is also used in the construction of the F-16 fighter jet to add toughness without the weight of steel. So you might imagine our floors are well armored for some of the toughest conditions imaginable.

Everlast Epoxy Flooring is poured and troweled as one layer so there are no areas for soil to hide. While our kitchen grit is coarse, it does not trap in dirt and grime and can be easily cleaned with a deck-brush and squeegee. Our kennel and restroom epoxy floor finishes can be easily mopped.

When maintaining it with the specially formulated floor cleaner that Everlast Epoxy recommends it needs no scrubbing or “elbow grease”. The dirt and grime just “beads up” and can be rinsed off with water. Together, Everlast® Floor and Everlast Epoxy’s recommended cleaner will save you time and money on maintenance.

Everlast Epoxy Floors contain no solvents, and have no objectionable odor. Your epoxy flooring can be installed in your facility while your customers and staff are present. It does not emit harmful vapors and has almost no smell.

Our flooring is made with a resin-rich formula so the epoxy resin will saturate into the concrete, plywood, or tile while curing. It vulcanizes itself with the subfloor to become part of the subfloor, so as long as the floor has been prepared properly, your Everlast Epoxy Floor can last a lifetime.

Everlast Epoxy Flooring has an established record of success where floors are subjected to severe exposures. The daily soaking of animal fats, grease, oil, many acids, alkali, sugar, blood, urine, and salt, has no effect on its durability so long as this daily saturation is paired with nightly cleaning with Everlast Floor Cleaner.

Our resin is not diluted with any solvents or fillers and is formulated with quality resins, so it will not form a wear pattern.

Everlast® Floor has a quick installation process. A 700 sf room can be completed with as little as a one day down time. That means if you install it on Monday morning and apply the clear glaze topcoat on Tuesday morning then you can walk on your new floor on Tuesday evening. Everlast Floor is a quicker installation than ceramic tile or most other epoxy floor coating installations which must be done in a multi-step process.

Everlast® Epoxy Floor can be installed by a flooring contractor or a motivated do-it-yourselfer who can use a finish trowel. No special equipment is required. Tools required are finish trowels and a 1/2 horse mixing drill. Call us at (800) 708-9870 to request detailed instructions. Professional epoxy flooring installation services are also available through our network of dealers located throughout the continental USA.

Everlast® Floor comes in 42 different colors and blends, plus another 8 colors of our Eco (Recycled Glass) Floor. If you want a color not in our selection, we can custom design just about any color for you.

We have a large selection of colors to choose from, and can custom match additional colors to resemble your logo. Many of our dealers can custom design any logo, no matter how intricate. Contact us for details.

Everlast Floor is an excellent choice for a commercial restaurant kitchen with ovens, grills, and fryers, because it can absorb high temperatures. For a resinous epoxy flooring to perform in high heat conditions, it must absorb and transfer the heat. Everlast Floor is a thick, troweled on epoxy floor coating and can repeatedly withstand temperatures up to 158 °F.

A. High Temperatures Most epoxy flooring is applied by first painting the concrete, then broadcasting quartz sand into the resin. After curing it is painted again. This flooring resembles a cake in that there is not enough resin in the middle, only a thin layer on top. Hot grease and oil will then soften and penetrate this layer causing a “pitting” effect.

B. Low Temperatures It is an excellent choice for freezers and coolers. Cold temperatures have no effect on its durability. It coating maintains its antimicrobial properties even in freezing temperatures.
