Can it really be installed while we're open?
Everlast Industrial Floor has low VOCs and no solvents so we can work without creating strong odors. We have installed a daycare floor while it remained open – we used the furniture to create a barrier.
Also, we have quick setting floors so we can turn over areas quickly while minimizing disruption.
Will my floor be easy to clean?
Most floors pretend to be clean. Tile hides grime in grout. Cementitious urethane acts like a sponge. Thin epoxies lose their topcoat and start harboring bacteria.
Everlast Industrial Floor was designed differently. Every layer resists dirt, blocks moisture, and protects against microbes — so your floor stays clean with less work, less worry, and less cost.

Will it actually last?
Everlast Industrial Floor provides a bonding and strength greater than the cohesive strength of concrete in tension and shear. The durability and abrasion resistance far surpasses that of dense concrete.
Everlast Industrial Floor has the similarities of terrazzo as they have an unlimited life expectancy. So long as it is not abused, it will maintain its original beauty for years to come.
How does it hold up to chemicals, cleaners, or disinfectants?
Everlast Industrial Floor has an established record of success where floors are subjected to severe exposures. Your floors will have excellent chemical resistance against animal fats, grease, oil, many acids, alkali, sugar, blood, urine, salt, and harsh detergents and de-greasers. Everlast Floor showed no signs of deterioration, pitting, cratering, swelling, erosion, surface etching, or severe staining after complete saturation in the following chemicals for seven full days and nights. (Note: most companies only test their floors for 24 hours, while Everlast Epoxy does a 7-day saturation test)
Is it slip-resistant?
Everlast Industrial Floor has a textured finish. It is made with small natural marble stones. This textured finish creates a slip-resistant flooring. In some applications, such as in a commercial kitchen, an additional grit is added to the glaze coat giving it added slip resistance. Different applications require different levels of slip-resistance.
