If so, we may have an opportunity for you as a resinous flooring technician consultant work in our office offering phone support to our customers.

We’re Everlast Epoxy, a nationwide commercial flooring manufacturer.

As an Everlast Epoxy technician consultant, you will be needed to:

Advise our sales team on project-specific product recommendations

Advise our customers on the importance of surface preparation and make recommendations on which methods will give their new floor the highest chances of success

Advise our customers on how-to properly install the product they purchased from us

Advise our customers (and their customers) on how to properly maintain their floor

Help solve problems that come up with the installation process or with the finished flooring

Prior to founding Everlast Epoxy, David Linton had owned both a retail flooring store and a commercial flooring contracting business. When his contract flooring business first started out, his team spent the bulk of their time tearing out tons of two- and three-year-old quarry tile just to replace it with new quarry tile. “It was a vicious cycle for our customers, and we couldn’t help but wonder: if the tile didn’t work the first time, why would it work a SECOND time?” David said.

“Floors should last—it was an idea we could all get behind. But it was clear to us that the solutions on the market at the time weren’t getting the job done. So, we did something about it.”

Our History
Our Goal


It started with a simple goal: create a better flooring solution for our restaurant clients. We toured facilities, visited restaurants and checked every option out there, finally deciding that epoxy flooring had the most potential—but it hadn’t yet reached it’s potential. While epoxy resins were clearly tough, the floors we inspected still had suspiciously low lifespans.

Working with our own experts and a team of scientists, we quickly discovered the problem. There weren’t enough resins in finished epoxy floors to provide the "permanent" durability that restaurants needed. To cut costs and line their own pockets, manufacturers were using an excess amount of aggregate and skimping on resins. And those resins? They weren’t designed for commercial kitchen use.

After this discovery, we set out to develop our own resins—specifically for restaurant kitchen use. Our floor formula contains some of the strongest and most expensive resins around. One of the ingredients in the Everlast® Floor is also used in the construction of F-16 fighter jets as a way to add toughness without adding to the weight by using heavy metals such as steel. So as you might imagine, our floors are well armored for some of the toughest conditions imaginable!

Once word got out on how well our Everlast Floor was performing in restaurants, we started getting requests for durable floors for other uses. So we formulated new solutions and added many new flooring products to our line of flooring solutions. And that was the beginning of today’s Everlast Epoxy.

• Patience in dealing with people.

• Willingness to learn and become familiar with our specific flooring systems (this includes on-the-jobsite product specific training)

• Knowledge of and skilled in installing:

   Resinous flooring systems (epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic)

   Self-leveling mortars

   Urethane mortar trowel downs

   The ability to finish cove base

   The understanding of surface preparation by mechanical means and the ability to run a shot blast machine and diamond grinders to properly prepare a concrete surface

   The understanding of concrete moisture and hydrostatic pressure testing methods and moisture vapor reduction systems

Attention to details, attention to customers

More than just the required know-how from years of real world job experience, we need someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to help them.

Someone who can pick up on tips that the customers let on during your conversations and are willing to explore possible solutions to problems that the customer may not even be aware of.


This is a full time position. Our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, but we can be flexible to work with your schedule. For example, you may prefer to start work at 8 AM or 10 AM and work until 4 PM or 6 PM.
