We’re Everlast Epoxy, a nationwide commercial epoxy flooring manufacturer based in beautiful Columbia Tennessee. We make the world's cleanest, healthiest, and safest commercial flooring solution.

We sell only top-line products and offer our customers a LIFETIME limited warranty by enrolling in our care plan.

Many of our customers buy and buy again. Restaurants, public school systems, hospitals, universities, churches, and contractors… they all buy from us. And when they need more flooring or expanding, we’re the only one they call. The best indicator of the health of a company is the number of satisfied, loyal customers they have. The best way to gauge satisfaction is to look at how many repeat customers a company has… our customers aren’t just happy, they’re raving fans. They brag about their floors. They constantly tell us, once they experienced an Everlast Epoxy floor they’ll never accept anything else again. No more roll-on paint with magic glitter. No more redoing a floor every 2-3 years. Everlast Epoxy was founded in 2006 by David Linton and is a small but growing company - we had a 145% annual growth rate in both 2019 and 2021 (and did not suffer a decline in 2020).

About The Job

Marketing Director to work directly with CEO David Linton. You will be responsible for graphic design / setup of various marketing campaigns / website design / managing various freelancers to get our marketing materials built / coordinating numerous assignments with strict deadlines to be met.

You’ll get to work in our office on the square in beautiful Columbia Tennessee.

About You

Please NO whiners or complainers. People unable to work effectively “under extreme pressure”, require “babysitting”, are unable to handle extreme pressure, or wear masks to hide their smiling face need not apply. Only those seriously committed to being a loyal member of our fast-paced, TEAM oriented, forward-thinking culture should apply. David is not a micro-manager and you must be able to complete projects on your own. Our team is made up of problem solvers not problem bringers.

Must live within 40 minutes of Columbia Tennessee, as this is an office job in downtown Columbia on the square.

You must have ADVANCED Marketing skills in:

  • Graphic Design
  • Website Design
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Managing outsourced projects
  • Ability to focus and adhere to strict deadlines
  • DO NOT APPLY if you plan to spend any time at all arguing with me about direct mail or trying to reassign any direct mail budget over to the lessor effective Un-Social Media marketing.
  • Ability to source, build, categorize, and maintain mailing lists
  • MUST have an understanding of mailing lists and list maintenance (tagging, cleaning, etc)
  • Willing and able to make it your personal work mission to categorize and maintain our #1 most important business asset which is our inhouse mailing list of prospects, partners, and customers
  • either familiar with Odoo or familiar with other marketing automation/ CRM ERPs and willing to learn Odoo
  • proficient in managing outside contractors who create marketing assets (such as graphic designing and photoshop work) and perform IT related techy marketing functions
  • Ability to create those ticktock videos and get retargeting ads running for them on TikTok to display to only website visitors who visited our website and nibbled our cookie
  • Familiar with Facebook and Instagram marketing (hyper targeted only), and targeting social media users who bit our website cookie
  • Proficient with marketing on Pinterest
  • Proficient with YouTube video publishing, advertising (hyper targeted only), and optimization

We do NOT mean to be harsh, but it is what it is. We truly bust our tails at Everlast Epoxy, that's why we need more help. We need someone who will be able to keep up with us. We don't have the time nor do we enjoy micro-managing you. We will clearly set out our expectations and remind you if you forget and if you fail to meet them. We want you to be part of our team and not just a worker here. We want to give you autonomy, and we want to let you be free to do the WORK that you are getting paid to do and that you ENJOY doing.
