Resistance to harsh chemicals

Everlast® Floor has an established record of success where floors are subjected to severe exposures. Your floors will have excellent chemical resistance against animal fats, grease, oil, many acids, alkali, sugar, blood, urine, salt, and harsh detergents and de-greasers. Everlast Floor showed no signs of deterioration, pitting, cratering, swelling, erosion, surface etching, or severe staining after complete saturation in the following chemicals for seven full days and nights. (Note: most companies only test their floors for 24 hours, while Everlast Epoxy does a 7-day saturation test)

Because prolonged soaking in foodservice kitchens, as in never removing the wash water but allowing the oils and acids to accumulate, can cause a negative effect on any floor, we have a cleaning product that when used in conjunction with Everlast® Floor to lift the harsh chemicals up off the floor making it easy to rinse them away. With this proper upkeep, everyday saturation has no effect on its durability so your floor can last a lifetime.

Everlast® Floor is formulated using an EPA registered Anti-Microbial additive to inhibit the growth of odor causing germs and bacteria. It is also easy to clean. With proper maintenance, your floor will be odor-free for life.
